The instant application has been filed seeking following main relief(s):- "Wherefore it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the summoning order dated 13.02.2025 And N.B.W dated 25.08.2025 passed by the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division (F.T.C)/ A.C.J.M. Unnao in complaint case no. 1131/2024 titled as, "Azhar Vs Abdul Rahman And Others" to face trial U/s 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C, P.S- Dahi, District- Unnao as well as entire proceeding of complaint case in the interest of justice and it is also prayed that during the pendency of present petition proceeding of complaint case no. 1131/2024 titled as, "Azhar Vs Abdul Rahman And Others" U/s 323, 504, 506, 427 I.P.C. P.S-Dahi, District- Unnao may kindly be stayed." 3. At the very outset, Sri Mohammad Asad Mahmood, learned counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of this application with liberty to the applicants to file afresh. 4. The aforesaid has not been opposed. 5. In view of the above, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty, as prayed for. 6.
