Also heard Mr. R.J. Baruah, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 by the petitioner namely, Bhagirath Ray, who is stated to be in custody after his arrest on 11.07.2025 in connection with Abhayapuri P.S. Case No. 158/2025 registered under Sections 118(2),109(1) and 351(3) of BNS, 2023. Page No.# 2/2 3. Perused the FIR dated 11.07.2024. 4. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that as per information, the investigation has been completed resulting in charge-sheet against the accused petitioner being CS No.134/2025 dated 25.07.2025. 5. It is stated that in view of filing of Charge-Sheet, the accused may be directed to approach the learned trial Court for regular bail. 6. I have perused the materials available on record and also considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for both sides. 7. This Court is of the considered opinion that in view of completion of the investigation, the accused person can be granted bail at this stage subject to suitable conditions as the case is likely to be poised for commencement of trial. 8. In such view of the matter, the accused petitioner named above is allowed to go on bail in connection with the aforementioned case on furnishing a bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned Court subject to the following conditions:- i) the petitioner shall not abscond; ii) the petitioner shall not intimidate or harass the informant and family members; iii) shall not try to influence or harass any witnesses; iv) shall not hamper or tamper with the evidence of the case and v) shall not misuse his liberty to commit any offence; 9. Violation of any conditions might entail cancellation of bail. 10. With the above observation and direction, the bail application stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
