Heard on IA No. 02/2025, which is an application for condonation of delay in filing of the instant revision. 2. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that there is delay of 29 days in filing of the instant revision, which is due to bonafide reasons. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that the delay in filing of the instant revision has not been properly explained and as such it could not be condoned. 3 4. On due consideration and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the delay in filing of the instant revision is hereby condoned. 5. Learned counsel for the applicants, after arguing for some time, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the civil revision with liberty to raise the grounds before the concerned Trial Court in terms of the maintainability of the civil suit, during the course of the trial. 6. The prayer is fair and reasonable. 7.
