For Petitioner : M/s.S.Naveen Kumar O R D E R Seeking an early disposal of suit O.S.No.128 of 2021 pending on the file of the II Additional District Court, Chengalpattu, the 22nd defendant is the petitioner before this court. 2. The suit O.S.No.128 of 2021 is filled for the following reliefs:- "i. Partition the suit schedule properties and allot 1/12th share each to the plaintiffs (petitioner and the eight respondent). ii. Appointment of advocate commissioner to partition the suit schedule properties by metes and bounds. iii. To declare the sale deed dated 6.8.2020 registered as document No.6684 of 2020 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Thiruporur, as null and void. v. To declare the sale deed dated 6.8.2020 registered as document No.6687 of 2020 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Thiruporur, as null and void. vii. To declare the sale deed dated 25.07.2019 registered as document No.10135 of 2019 in the office of the Sub Registrar, Thiruporur, as null and void. viii. To grant such other reliefs ix. To pay the cost of the suit." 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in W.P.No.1206 of 2022 which is filed by the 1st plaintiff/1st respondent herein for issue of certiorarified mandamus to quash the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 13.11.2021 and the consequential orders dated 15.11.2021 and 22.11.2021 since the issue in the Writ Petition was the subject matter of the suit O.S.No.128 of 2021, this Court by order dated 08.07.2022 had 4/6 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRP(PD).No.401of 2025 issued directions to the Principal District Judge, Chengalpattu to complete the trial and pass a decree as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of this order. However, after the lapse of more than 24 months, the proceedings have not progressed beyond the trial stage. 4. Considering the above, particularly to the order in W.P.No.1206 of 2022 the Civil Revision Petition is allowed and a direction has been issued to the II Additional District Judge, Chengalpattu to commence and complete the trial in suit O.S.No.128 of 2021 within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
