The petitioner, namely, Md. Moyna Miya Talukdar @ Moyna Miya Talukdar, son of Samsul Hoque @ Samsul Hoque Talukdar, permanent resident of Village-Gora Gram, P.O. Sunapur, P.S. Katigarah, District-Cachar, has filed this application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023, on 14.08.2024, praying for his bail in NDPS Case No. 71/2023 arising out of Bakalia P.S. Case No. 29/2023 registered under Sections 21(c)/29 of NDPS Act, wherein he was arrested on 24.05.2023 and is in custody since then. 3. On instruction of the petitioner, Mr. Munir, learned counsel prays for withdrawal of this bail application to which Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam has no objection. 4. Prayer is allowed. 5. Accordingly, this bail application stands dismissed on withdrawal. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
