1. This appeal is filed by the appellants challenging the order dt. 12.05.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in C.M.P. No. 722 of
2022 for modification/deletion of certain paragraphs being paragraphs 9 and 11 in the order dt. 29.06.2022 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. (C) No. 4833 of 2021. 2. While dismissing the said C.M.P. as being one without merit, the learned Single Judge had imposed cost of Rs.50,000/- to be paid by the appellants to the Jharkhand State Legal Services Authority, Ranchi, within four weeks. 3.
Taking a sympathetic view of the plight of the appellants, to the extent the learned Single Judge had imposed cost of Rs.50,000/- on the appellants, the order of the learned Single Judge dt. 12.05.2023 is set aside. 4. The Letters Patent Appeal stands disposed of. (M.S. Ramachandra Rao, C.J.)
