State has submitted a report which reflects that on 31.07.2025 appropriate application has been preferred before the learned ACJM, Jangipur for starting a specific case. Having regard to the fact that so far as the compliance in respect of the directions of this Court is concerned, the police authorities having lately complied with the said, I am of the view that further directions are uncalled for. 2 As earlier directed, the petitioner and the respondents will take steps according to the order dated 23.09.2024.
