Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 26.10.2015 passed by the respondent No. 2/Collector, Bijnor, District Bijnor being case No. D-2013131600866/36 under Section 198(4) of U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, Pargana Badhapur, District Bijnor (Vishambha and others Vs. Kripal and others (Contained as Annexure No. 3 to this writ petition)." 3. Learned Standing Counsel raised a preliminary objection that this petition is highly barred by laches and the order impugned is revisable under Section 333 of the U.P. Z.A. & L.R. Act. 4. Since alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter. 5.
