Present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the show cause notice dated 27.08.2025 as well as order dated 01.05.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 01.05.2025 passed in respect of other similarly placed persons has already been quashed vide judgment dated 14.05.2025 passed in Writ - C No. 4464 of 2025 also followed in Writ - C No.8059 of 2025 vide judgment dated 01.09.2025. 3. Following the said, impugned order dated 01.05.2025 is quashed on the same terms and conditions as contained in the order dated 14.05.2025. 4. With regard to the show cause notice dated 27.08.2025, it will be open to the petitioner to give a reply to the same and after considering the reply, orders will be passed strictly in accordance with law. 5. It will be open to the petitioner to challenge any order that may be passed after giving the reply. 6. The premises in question, if found to be sealed, shall be de-sealed immediately as was the direction given in Writ - C No.8059 of 2025 vide judgement dated 01.09.2025. 7. Present petition stands partly allowed in above terms.
