The present revision petition has been filed by the applicant with the following prayer:- “ a) Call for the records of the FIR No. 433/2013 registered by P.S Dabhra, District Janjgir-Champa for offenses punishable under Section 365, 366, 328/34, 376(D) 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860, pending before the Court of Learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sakti, District Janjgir Champa (CG). b) Quash/set-aside the impugned order whereby the Ld. Court below has framed the charges against the PREETI KUMARI Digitally signed by PREETI KUMARI Date: 2025.06.18 16:00:06 +0530 2 present Applicant in the proceedings relating to FIR/Crime bearing No. 433/2013 registered at, P.S Dabhra, District Janjgir Champa, further the entire consequential proceedings in lieu of the aforesaid. c) Pass any further order in favor of the Applicant as the Hon'ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the present matter. .” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and the trial is in advance stage, hence, he prays that the present revision be dismissed as withdrawn. 3. There appears to be no interim order passed in the present revision. 4. In view of the above, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter, thus, the present petition is dismissed. 5. The trial Court is at liberty to proceed with the trial and to conclude the same expeditiously, if the same has already not been concluded. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case. 7.
