Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State-respondent(s) and perused the material available on record. 2. The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the all the opposite parties to protect the pond & chak road land and stop the illegal encroachment over the land Gata No. 194. 129, 139, 146 and 151 situated at village Majhauva Bujurg, Pargana Babhni Payar, Tehsil Mankapur, District Gonda. (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding to the opposite party No. 2 to 4 are complied the eviction order dated 20.10.2023 & 20.06.2024 passed by the opposite party no. 5." 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State, argues that in respect of, two of the gatas, the same have already been evicted and in respect of the other two, the orders have been passed, the remedy of the petitioner is to approach the authority concerned under Paragraph 460 of the Uttar Pradesh Revenue Court Manual for execution of the orders, in case, petitioner approaches, the same shall be decided in accordance with law, with all expedition. 4.
