While placing on record communication dated 22.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Director School Education, Himachal Pradesh, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 05.09.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Director of School Education (Elementary) Kangra at Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in CWPOA No.1077 of 2019, titled as Nitin Kumar vs. State of Himachal Pradesh, have not found the petitioner similarly situate to the case of Nitin Kumar and as such, representation filed by the petitioner has been rejected. Since there was only direction to consider the case of the petitioner in light of aforesaid judgment, respondents after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of aforesaid judgment has rejected the claim of the petition, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present proceedings and accordingly same are closed. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate court of law, laying therein challenge to the order passed in purported compliance of the judgment sought to be complied with.
