Public Prosecutor to get instructions as to the fact of submission of the charge sheet. Today, when the matter is called up, the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, Mr. B. Sharma submits that charge sheet has been laid i.e., Charge Sheet No. 99/2025 dated 20.08.2025. It is also submitted by Mr. B. Sharma that by calculating the days, today is the 59th day of incarceration of the petitioner. Mr. I.A.
