Heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. Hariom Rai, learned Panel Lawyer, appearing for the State/respondent No.1. 3. The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following relief(s): “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the first information report dt.30/09/2024, bearing crime No.107/2024, and final report/chargesheet No.136/2024 dt.04/12/2024 registered at Police Gidhpuri Baloda Bazar District Baloda Bazar-Batapara (C.G.) which is pending before the Court of Ld. Judicial Magistrate First Class Baloda bazar and registered as criminal case no.3631/2025 in the ends of justice.” 4. On perusal of the prayers in the present petition, it transpires that the present petition is drafted with the prayers which are defective 3 one as there is no challenge of order taking cognizance, therefore, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition with such a vague and sketchy prayers, to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file afresh petition with proper prayers. 5. Learned State counsel has no objection. 6. Accordingly the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn on the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for subject to depositing a sum of Rs.2,000/- as cost by the petitioners in the Registry of this Court and submit a receipt of the same at the time of filing of the fresh petition, if any, and the amount so deposited, if any, shall be transmitted to the Government Children’s Home for Orthopedically Handicapped, Mana Camp, Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
