SAI GANGADHAR CHAMARTY The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI WRIT PETITION No.9854 OF 2019 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “….to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the highhanded action on the part of the respondent No.4 in not registering the complaint dated 15. 07.2019 submitted by the petitioner as arbitrary, illegal, arbitrary, unjust, violate of the fundamental rights guaranteed to the petitioner under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the official respondents particularly the respondent No.4 to register the complaint dated 15 07 2019 submitted by the petitioner Pass…” 2. None appeared for the petitioner. Earlier also, there was no representation for the petitioner. 3. Sri Sai Gangadhar Chamarthi, learned counsel for the unofficial respondents is in attendance. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on the earlier occasion, on instructions submitted that preliminary enquiry of the police would reveal that the dispute in the case is civil in nature, and therefore, they did not interfere in the matter. They also tried to contact the petitioner, but did not contact him, as house was under lock. 3 5. Considering the above submissions, and as no one is appeared for the writ petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not interest to prosecute the matter. 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
