Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel, who appears for the State-opposite parties and perused the record. 2. This writ petition has been filed with the following main prayer:- "i. Issue a writ order or direction nature of nature of Mandamus to Commanding and directing the opposite parties to grant permission to the petitioner for celebrating pooja of the Maa Durga during period at 22.09.2025 to 02.10.2025 concerned place Shri Kali Mata Mandir Samiti, Badaka, Nausahra, parsurampur, Police Station Kotwali Bhinga, District- Shrawasti." 3. It is the case of the petitioner that he is the President of Shri Kali Mata Mandir Samiti, Badaka, Nausahra, Parsurampur, Police Station Kotwali Bhinga, District- Shrawasti and during Navratri, Alas Pooja is performed and Goddess Durga's idol is installed on a suitable place near Shri Kali Mata Mandir. The immersion of the idol is carried out upon the conclusion of the Navratri. The petitioner has moved an application to the District Magistrate, District- Shrawasti on 11.09.2025, but no orders has been passed thereon, therefore, this petition has been filed with the aforesaid prayer. 4. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the case, with a direction to the District Magistrate, Shrawasti to Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Krishna Kumar Verma, Prinsi Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Shri Kali Mata Mandir Samiti Thru. President Avdhesh Kumar Yadav .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Home Deptt. Lko.
