Heard Sri R.Prasad Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri D.Kodandarami Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner died due to Corona.
3. The above contempt case is filed complaining about the violation of the order dated 22.02.2012 passed in W.P.No.28998 of 2011.
4. The deceased petitioner filed the writ petition to declare the action of the respondents in not supplying the documents requested by him to submit an explanation to the charge sheet issued by the 1st respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.
5. The said writ petition was disposed of, directing the petitioner to submit a detailed representation to the 1st respondent, giving all the particulars as to the documents sought by him and thereafter, the respondents are directed to furnish the same to the petitioner.
6. Since the petitioner died due to Corona, and no steps were taken to bring legal representatives, if any, the contempt case is closed. No costs.
As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
