The instant writ application has been preferred for the following relief:-
(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ order direction directing and commanding upon the respondents to make absorption and regularize them on the post of teacher of Elementary School or any equivalent suitable post considering their long and continuous services rendered by them or parting education as non-formal teacher
(ii)
For issuance of directions to the respondent authority not to discriminate them from the case Gram

Raksha Vahini and employees of Census department who have rendered the work of tabulation in Census for the year 1981, 1991 and 2001 and their services have been regularized by the State Government

None appears for the petitioners. However, Mr. Varun Prabhakar, learned counsel for the respondents fairly submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squarely covered by the judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.503 of 2022, wherein the claim of the petitioner has been rejected.

Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, the instant writ application stands disposed of as the claim sought for in the instant application is squarely covered by the judgment rendered in LPA No.503 of
2022.
