Respondents have filed compliance affidavit under the signatures of Director, School Education, Himachal Pradesh and therewith copy of office order dated 09.09.2025 has been enclosed, suggestive of the fact that respondents after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed by Coordinate Bench of this Court in CWPOA No.1077 of 2019, titled as Nitin Kumar Vs. State of H.P. and Another, have rejected the same. Since their was only direction to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner and respondents after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of Nitin Kumar (supra) have rejected the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed with the liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in the appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to order dated 09.09.2025 passed by the respondents in purported compliance of judgment, sought to be complied with, if so advised.
