Heard learned counsel for the revisionist and learned A.G.A. for the State of U.P. as well as perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the revisionist has stated that the revisionist is ready to settle the dispute, which is matrimonial in nature, amicably by way of mediation and he would provide a draft of Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rs. One Lakh and Twenty Five Thousands Only) to the opposite party No. 2 on the next date fixed in the case. 3. Taking note of the aforesaid, the SHO concerned is directed to provide the information to opposite party No. 2/Khan Kanij Fatima Jaheer W/o revisionist/Gufran Khan D/o Jaheer Khan R/o Village- Ganjehri, Post- Sohgoli, Police Station- Kundwar, District- Sultanpur regarding the present matter and the date fixed in the case. 4. The SHO concerned shall also communicate the fact that presence of the opposite party No. 2 is required on the date fixed for the purposes of sending the matter to Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court. 5. In this regard, learned AGA is directed to communicate the SHO concerned. 6. On the next date, the revisionist shall remain present for the aforesaid. 7. List/put up this case on 15.10.2025.
