The present Writ Petition relates thereto. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. On the basis of written instructions, he submits that patta transfer applications were received both from the petitioner and from one Suryapushpam, who claims to be the legal heir of the pattadar, Chinnappan. Therefore, he submits that an inquiry would be conducted and a speaking order would be issued. 3.
