By this review petition, the petitioner Durgesh Pandey, who was petitioner No. 1 in WPS NO. 2045 of 2025, seeks review of the 4 / 4 order dated 26.03.2025 in the said writ petition only in his respect. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as petitioner is concerned i.e. Durgesh Pandey, (Petitioner No. 1 in the writ petition) he is employee of Municipal Corporation, District Kawardha and the Municipal Corporation, Kawardha was not impleaded as necessary party in the said writ petition, hence the petitioner has preferred present review petition. 3. Looking to the submission made by the petitioner, the writ petition filed by the petitioner No. 1 is concerned, the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in WPS NO. 2045 of 2025, is withdrawn in respect of the said petitioner and he is permitted to file a fresh writ petition impleading necessary party in the said writ petition and the order passed in WPS No. 2045 of 2025 be treated for Petitioners No. 2 to 11 only. 4.
