Mr. Trivedi, learned DSGI, upon instruction placed on record the written instructions received from his client giving details of the authority in whose favour the cheque may be issued, particulars of the account number and other relevant details in order to facilitate electronic transfer of the said amount, has also been indicated therein. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that for the present, it is difficult to get a cheque from the petitioner and for compliance of the order, the learned advocate-on-record appearing for the petitioner has drawn a cheque in favour of
“CPWD-EE KOL CENT DIV-II RCV” for a sum of Rs.
20,000/-. The said account payee cheque has been handed over to Mr. Trivedi, learned DSGI. The learned advocate-on-record of the Union of India is directed to issue an acknowledgement to the petitioner in this regard.
