Mr. U. Augusta, learned counsel for respondent No. 2, submits that an adjournment slip has been circulated as Mr. Y. Nirmolchand, learned senior counsel, is out of station. However, Mr. E. Premjit, learned counsel for the petitioner appearing through video conferencing, submits that the representations submitted by the petitioner has been disposed of by the official respondents vide order dated 20-11-2024 and hence, the cause in the contempt petition does not survive. Recording the submissions made at the Bar, the contempt case is closed.
