The petitioner through instant writ petition has prayed for a direction from this Court thereby commanding the competent authority to transfer the petitioner from district Jalaun to Aligarh Range on the ground that the petitioner's wife and his daughter had died 20.04.2024. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the competent authority to consider and decide petitioner's representation seeking compassionate transfer sympathetically, within a fixed time frame. 4. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents does not have any objection if this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to consider and decide the petitioner's representation seeking transfer. 5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, particularly that the wife and daughter of the petitioner had died on 20.04.2024, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 09.04.2025 sympathetically, by passing a speaking and reasoned order, within a period of 15 days from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
