Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gonda to decide the Crl. Misc. Case No. 854/2023, titled as Smt. Seema Devi and another Versus Virendra Verma, filed U/s- 125 Cr.P.C., pending before him, within specific time frame, preferably within six months. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that matter pertains to the year 2023. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case No. 854 of 2023 expeditiously in accordance with law.
