HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD LUCKNOW MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 5952 of 2025 Court No. - 7 HON'BLE JASPREET SINGH, J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner has assailed an order dated 16.04.2025 passed by the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Lakhimpur Kheri in R.S. No.67 of 2018 whereby it has held that the disposal of issues no.7 and 8 would be done at the time of hearing alongwith other issues. A specific query was put to the counsel for the petitioner as to how the instant petition is maintainable before this Court. However, after arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse as may be available to him in law. The petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. September 26, 2025 ank Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sunil Kumar Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : (Jaspreet Singh,J.) (Jaspreet Singh,J.)
