The present writ petition relates thereto. 2.Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that notice would be issued to the joint patadhars and to the owners of relevant adjacent lands before a decision is taken. 3.Patta No.331 stands in the name of Pushpavanam and the petitioner Backiam. Therefore, in addition to issuing notice to relevant owners of adjacent lands, it is also necessary to put the joint pattadhars on notice. 4.Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to conduct an inquiry in respect of the petitioner's application for survey and issue a speaking order after putting the joint pattadhars and owners of relevant adjacent lands on notice.
