Mr. Prem Prakash Phartiyal, learned counsel for the Revisionist. 2. None present for the Respondents. 3. Heard learned counsel for the Revisionist on the question of limitation. 4. From the scrutiny report placed on record, it is evident that the limitation for filing the present criminal revision expired on 08.03.2022, whereas the revision has been instituted in the year 2025, resulting in a delay of 1350 days. An application seeking condonation of delay has been filed. 5. Upon perusal of the delay condonation application and the affidavit filed in support thereof, this Court finds that no convincing explanation has been furnished to justify such an inordinate delay. The grounds taken are vague, general in nature, and do not disclose any circumstances which prevented the Revisionist from approaching this Court within the prescribed period of limitation. 6. In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Revisionist has failed to make out any ground for condonation of delay of 1350 days. 7. Accordingly, the delay condonation application is rejected. Consequently, the Criminal Revision is dismissed as barred by limitation. 8.
