Heard Shri Krishna Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The captioned writ petition has been filed by the petitioner, inter alia praying for the following reliefs:- "(i) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no. 2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioners dated 17.09.2025 and to give the benefit of the Government letter dated 03.01.2023 within short reasonable period to be prescribed by the this Hon'ble Court, contained as Annexure No.1 to this writ petition, in the interest of justice. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to constitute Committee for examining the eligibility of the PRD Volunteers of District Hardoi and send to training in pursuance of the Government letter dated 03.01.2023, in the interest justice. (iii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties to allow the petitioners to continue their work with the department as Prantiya Rakshak Dal Volunteer and pay regularly, in the interest of justice." 3. The sole grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that he has filed a representation on 17.09.2025 before the Director General, Yuva Kalyan Evam Prantiya Rakshak Dal, U.P., Lucknow but till date, the said representation has not been decided and is lying pending. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has raised objections against the case of the petitioner on merits but he does not have any objection, if a direction is issued by this Court thereby commanding the competent authority to consider and decide the petitioner's representation, by passing a speaking and reasoned order. 5. Keeping in view the overall facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the petitioner's representation dated 17.09.2025 contained in Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition, by passing a speaking and reasoned order, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
