The prayer in this writ petition is to direct the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner vide Annexure – A. 2. In the said writ petition, the petitioner has requested the respondent to ensure that there is no encroachment upon the Government property which is situated adjacent to his property. 3. In my view, since the petitioner contends that the Government property adjacent to his property is being encroached upon, it would be appropriate to direct the Deputy Commissioner to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders within a period of two months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
