Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Page No.# 2/3 2. This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner, who is apprehending arrest in connection with Margherita P.S. Case No. 74/2025, under Sections 303(2)/317(4)/324(5)/3(5) of the BNS, 2023 (corresponding to GR Case No. 226/2025). 3. On 31.07.2025, the accused petitioner was granted interim bail with conditions, pursuant to which he is stated to have appeared before the I.O and his statement was recorded, as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. The prosecution submits that, the investigation has revealed materials indicating that the petitioner was trying to buy dumper vehicle in the form of scrap, after it was allegedly broken up by the other accused. 5. The said submissions indicates that investigation found incriminating materials against the present petitioner as well, suggesting his involvement in some way in the alleged offences. 6. Nevertheless, since he has been granted interim bail, pursuant to which he co-operated with the investigation. Therefore, it may not be necessary to cancel his interim bail. 7. In the situation, the interim granted vide order dated 31.07.2025 is hereby made absolute subject to the conditions : i) That the petitioner shall be available for trial ; ii) That the petitioner shall not hamper or tamper with evidence. iii) That the petitioner shall not indulge in any illegal Page No.# 3/3 activity or commit any offences. 8.
