Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Judicial Magistrate IIIrd, Faizabad / Court concerned to conclude and decide Misc. application No. 197/2023, u/s 340 Cr. P.C expeditiously expeditiously within stipulated period of time. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the matter is pending since 2023. He thus submits that if the trial court is directed to conclude the proceedings of the aforementioned Misc. application No. 197/2023, u/s 340 Cr. P.C within stipulated period of time as may be fixed by this Court. 4. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. 5. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the trial court concerned is hereby directed to conclude the aforementioned Misc. application No. 197/2023, u/s 340 Cr. P. C, with expedition , if there is no legal impediment, in accordance with law. 6 . With the aforesaid observations, instant application stands disposed of accordingly.
