The sole ground taken in the present revision is that after the enactment of Tenancy Act, 2021, the SCC suit would not lie. The said issue stands concluded by the judgment of this Court in the case of Amit Gupta Versus Gulob Chandra Kanodia passed in SCC Revision No. 158 of 2022 decided on 15.05.2023. 4. In view of the said judgment, nothing survives in the present revision. The revision is accordingly dismissed. The execution shall be completed positively within a period of three months from today.
