This petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order/ notice dated 03.3.2025 issued by the opposite party no.3 as contained in Annexure No.1 to this writ petition in the interest of justice. (ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite parties concerned to pay the compensation of the damages of house of petitioner to petitioner in the interest of justice." We have gone through the notice dated 03.3.2025 which has been issued by the SDM/ Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat, Ram Nagar, Barabanki to the petitioner in compliance of the order dated 04.02.2025 passed in Writ C No.782 of 2025 and also in compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. The petitioner has been asked to remove his encroachment from gata no.1780, area 0.146 hectare which is recorded as banjar bhumi in the revenue records and where it was found that the petitioner is in illegal possession of 687.5 square meter. Writ petition against notices alone is not maintainable. The petitioner has been granted 45 days time to produce documents in support of his case, if Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anupam Bajpai, Pawan Kumar Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., M.K. Dixit Vikas Mishra .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. Thru. District Magistrate And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) he had any, before the authority concerned. It is not clear that whether petitioner has approached the Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Ram Nagar, Barabanki with all documents. Writ petition is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed.
