Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing at some length, submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file his objections before the Authority concerned. In view of the aforesaid, the petition is dismissed with the aforesaid liberty. However, it is observed that the petitioners shall furnish their objections on merit within a period of one week from today as stated by the counsel for the petitioners. In case if the objections are filed within the aforesaid period of one week, the Deputy Director of Consolidation concerned shall decide the same by a reasoned and speaking order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners preferably within ten days thereafter. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the plea of either of the parties and the Deputy Director of Consolidation shall consider and decide the same strictly in accordance with law.
