Sri Surya Pal Gangwar, District Magistrate, Lucknow and Sri Umesh Chandra Upadhyaya, Additional District Magistrate, Urban Land (Ceiling and Regulation), Lucknow i.e. respondent nos. 1 & 2 respectively are present. Sri Surya Pal Gangwar, District Magistrate, Lucknow i.e. respondent no. 1 has filed compliance afÏdavit which is taken on record. Learned Standing Counsel has submitted that the judgment and order passed by the writ Court has been complied with. The correction has been made in the Khatauni by entering the name of the applicant in the revenue records subject to the decision of the review petition as the review has been filed for review of judgment and order dated 06.11.2023 which is pending. Neither learned counsel for the applicant is present to raise objection against the compliance afÏdavit nor any request has been made on his behalf for adjournment of the case. From perusal of the compliance afÏdavit, it is found that the judgment and order dated 06.11.2023 passed in Writ C No. 19328 of 2019 has been complied with and for all practical purposes, the present contempt petition has become infructuous. In view of above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as infructuous. Notice issued earlier, if any, stands discharged. The personal appearance of the OfÏcer present today is exempted.
