Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct learned trial court concerned, to expedite trial of Special Trial No. 1228/22 No. arising out of FIR/Case Crime No. 208 of 2022, (State of U.P. Versus Chote Gazi @ Haseef and another), as mandate in section 346 B.N.S.S (Within Two Months), pending before the Learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), District- Hardoi, in the interest of justice. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that matter pertains to the year 2022. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case No. 854 of 2023 expeditiously in accordance with law.
