The present Writ Petition relates thereto. 2. Learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of both the respondents. He submits that the second respondent would consider and dispose of the petitioner's request on merits within three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. The petitioner has placed on record the sale deed and patta No. 750. The said patta stands in the names of the petitioner and one Mani Mudaliar. It relates to land in survey No.309/2 of an extent of 46.50 ares. Therefore, it is necessary to issue notice to the joint pattadar before a decision is taken. 4.
