Rectification of the FMB sketch was also requested for in the said representation. 2.Learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of all the respondents. He submits that the third respondent would consider the petitioner's request and dispose of the same on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. As per the copy of the Will placed on record, the absolute estate in the 'G' Schedule property, which is said to be the subject of the present writ petition, 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis was to be vested with the 4 grandsons of Ranganathan Chettiar. Therefore, it is necessary to issue notice to the petitioner's mother and all 4 grandsons of Ranganathan Chettiar before a decision is taken. 4.Subject to the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the third respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation on merits within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after issuing notice to all persons with interest in the property.
