This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner for the following prayer :- (i) To issue a writ, order or direction to the opposite party no 2 & 3 to restrain the Opp. Party no 4 to 6, not to harass and disturb peaceful life and liberty of the petitioners & his family, in the interest of law and justice. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are major in age and have solemnized their marriage with their sweet and free will on 19.09.2025. 4. Learned A.G.A., on the basis of instructions received from Sri Pawan Kumar Gupta, Sub-Inspector, Police Station Mankapur, District Gonda, which have been placed before this Court and taken on record, submits that respondent no.4, who is the father of petitioner no.1, has stated that the petitioner no.1 is major and has solemnized her marriage with petitioner no.2 with her own free will and he has no objection to the same. He further submits that the police are neither harassing the petitioners nor interfering in their peaceful life.
