It is stated that this appeal was preferred against an order passed at the interim stage in arbitration proceedings, which have since culminated in the passing of the final award. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the amount awarded under the impugned award has already been paid to them, and, as such, the award has been satisfied and the appeal has been rendered infructuous.
