HON'BLE ZAFEER AHMAD, J. 1.Heard Sri Arun Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. for the State. 2. This petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned FIR (Annexure N0.1) of case FIR/Crime No.116/2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Hazratganj, Lucknow with the consequential inquiry, investigation being conducted on the basis of the said FIR. (ii) Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction staying the arrest of the petitioner because of FIR registered at Crime/FIR No. 116/2024 at P.S Hazratganj, Lucknow. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at some length, submits that he does not want to press this petition, therefore, the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to avail appropriate remedy under the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. To which, there is no objection by learned A.G.A. 4. In view of above, the present writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
