Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. The instant application has been filed with the prayer to quash/set aside the impugned Charge Sheet No. 02/2021 dated 20/05/2021 arising out of Case Crime No. 0091/2019, under Sections 392 and 411 I.P.C., lodged with Police Station Maheshganj, District Pratapgarh, including the impugned Summoning Order dated 02/05/2025 issued by the Additional Sessions Judge, Pratapgarh, in the interest of justice. It is further prayed that this Hon'ble Court may also kindly be pleased to stay the further proceedings of Criminal Case No. 79/2025 (State Versus Vishal Saroj), so far as it relates to the petitioners, to secure the ends of justice during the pendency of the present petition.Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2021. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Criminal Case No. 79/2025 (State Versus Vishal Saroj) Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Abhinav Srivastava Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
