It is stated that in paragraph 3 of the final order dated 23.06.2025 passed in W.P.No.12132 of 2025, it has been mentioned that the writ petitioner got superannuated on ‘31.01.2023’, rather it ought to have been mentioned as ’31.01.2013’ and, therefore, the same needs to be corrected. Heard learned counsel for parties. Perusal of the order and also the pleadings in the writ petition would go to show that the writ petitioner was superannuated on 31.01.2013, however, due to inadvertence, the same has been referred to as 31.01.2023. Therefore, Registry is directed to carryout necessary correction by substituting the date of superannuation as 31.01.2013 in place of 31.01.2023 in paragraph 3 of the order dated 23.06.2025 in W.P.No.12132 of 2025, and issue corrected order afresh.
