The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner by order dated 01.08.2025, was allowed to go on interim anticipatory bail by this Court and in pursuant to the directions of this Court, he Page No.# 2/2 has appeared before the Investigating Officer. 3. On the other hand, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced the case diary of Changsari Police Station Case No. 136/2025. 4. He further submits that the petitioner has appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement under Section 180 of BNSS, 2023 has also been recorded. 5. I have considered the submissions made by both the sides and have gone through the materials available on record including the case diary of Changsari Police Station Case No. 136/2025. 6. It appears that the petitioners has complied with the directions of this Court and as he has co-operated in the investigation, as such, the interim bail granted to him by order dated 01.08.2025 is hereby made absolute. 7.
