Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. Instant application has been filed with the prayer to direct the Court of Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ambedkar Nagar, to expeditiously decide the Criminal Case No. 2836 of 2025 (State Vs. Mohan Jaiswal and others), which is arising out of First Information Report No. 358 of 2011 and Charge Sheet No. 103 of 2011 dated 20.12.2011, under Sections 342, 379, 411 I.P.C., Police Station Ahirauli, District Ambedkar Nagar. The said case is pending before the aforementioned court since 22.12.2011 (as contained in Annexure No. 1). Learned counsel for the applicant submits that matter pertains to the year 2025. He further submits that interest of justice would be sub-served if this Hon'ble Court is pleased to direct the Trial Court to conclude the trial proceedings within stipulated period of time as fixed by this Court. Learned A.G.A. for the State has no objection to the submissions aforesaid. In view of the aforesaid submissions and innocuous prayer made in the application, the Trial Court is hereby directed to conclude the trial of aforementioned Case No.2836 of 2025 expeditiously in accordance with law.
