Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to avail alternative remedy by filing appropriate revision under Section 90 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal for redressal of its grievances in accordance with law.

Learned counsel appearing for the State as well as Caveator have no objection.
4. Considering the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioner. However, the petitioner is directed to approach before the authorities concerned while filing a revision under Section 90 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, within a period of 15 days, in turn, the authorities concerned are directed to decide the revision filed by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of filing of the revision before the concerned authority.
