Learned counsel for petitioner prays for and is granted liberty to change the nomenclature of opposite party no. 1 today during the course of day. Under challenge is the order dated 12.9.2025 whereby petitioner has been transferred from the Prosecution Wing to P.S. Phoolbehar, District Kheri and the relieving order dated 15.12.2025. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the impugned transfer order will affect the mid-term examination schedule of the petitioner's daughter, who is studying in Class VII, particularly since proceedings for divorce have been initiated with regard to petitioner and her husband. Since consideration of petitioner's grievance would entail factual aspects, without interfering into the impugned order, liberty is granted to petitioner to file a fresh representation before the opposite party no. 6-Superintendent of Police, Kheri, Lakhimpur Kheri or any other competent authority, who shall consider and decide the same expeditiously within a period of three weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order is submitted before the concerned authority. 4.
