Learned Additional Government Advocate takes notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2, and Sri.Pratheep K.C., learned counsel, takes notice for respondent No.3. 2. The petitioner is calling in question the tender notification dated 04.02.2025. 3. It is the case of the petitioner that under the Karnataka Transparency in Public Procurement Rules, 2000, a minimum of 15 days time is required to be granted for submission of the tenders, but under the impugned notification, only - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:6075 WP No. 3826 of 2025 12 days time has been granted inasmuch as last date is fixed as 12.02.2025. 4. Sri.Pratheep K.C., learned counsel who has entered appearance for respondent No.3, on instructions submitted that time for submission of tenders will be extended by a period of seven days i.e., till 19.02.2025. 5. In light of the said submission, there would be no need to quash the impugned notification, but it is made clear that time granted for submission of tenders shall stand modified to 19.02.2025 instead of 12.02.2025. 6.
